We have a Dky Q box and 3 mini Q boxes. We have recently moved the position of one of the TV's and mini Q box and the signal disappears every time we drop the mini Q box behind the Tv which is fixed to the wall. It works fine if it is poking out of the top. We think we need a a box booster box. We have tried getting through to speak to someone at Sky. Either the number they give us to ring is wrong, or we are put through to an automated line which gives options to respond to, none of which work for us. We have also tried the online chat which is a bot and that's no good. We just want to order a booster box for the Q mini box. Does anyone know how we can do this please?
