No network connection

I can't access sky cinema, on demand, recordings nothing. It says no network connection and I've reset the box. Please help me this has been going on for a week now - I've called my internet provider (see the light) and they haven't been able to help

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
