We have a recurring problem and I can't seem to find any help on it.
Our boxes keep dropping their internet connection. Basically they are connected to the router, but keep dropping internet connectivity.
The test on the MySky app says they are all fine, but that is not the case in reality. It has got to the point where resetting the boxes and the connection settings make no difference.
Connecting to the router directly gives us an indicated 400mbs download speed to the house and all other devices working correctly - Apple TV, iPads, phones etc.
getting in contact with Sky is basically impossible and can't seem to get anywhere with the online tools, even to book an engineer visit.
any advice greatly appreciated.

Hi @fiatracer28 , Can you confirm that your Sky Q is connected to the Router by WiFi or Ethernet cable?
