No internet connection

Hi tonight when I turned on my sky mini box it told me I was not connected to the internet as it was down I immediately  done a speed test and all was fine 300mbps  although could still watch sky channels. I checked the main box and got the same issue. I rebooted my modem and router and disconnected my Q box  I changed the ethernet cable and also the port on my hub everything else is working fine it just seems to be connectivity to my sky Q ..I have not changed any settings before this happened on fact it was working one minute and not the next .....I have a hub 4 in modem mode connected via ethernet to a mesh system and then I connect the Q box to a powered ethernet switch via the mesh  ethernet port along with my TV which is working fine ..any ideas please

Has the Q got wifi turned off?

I tried everything I could last night, from this forum and Google but nothing worked, definitely wasn't my internet connection as I could watch YouTube and Netflix  on my TV and Roku. Got up this morning and tried it again before I phoned tech and everything was working. However I have been considering changing my package as well to something less expensive now .
