Last night 19/4/23 my sky q lost internet connection to my Now broadband router. My iPhone still has connection. I have gone through the settings and have a cross in the connection tab, I have re entered the password several times only to get the message "Unsuccessful connection. please check your password and try again" I have unplugged the sky box to reset and done the same with the router.
