Look am a diamond customer pay over 70+ pounds a month no movies no broadband. No hd channels. The picture is horrendous and not worth watching.
No HD and the picture is horrendous?
I can't say I'm surprised.
You should get all the "normal" channels in HD without paying though?
That does seem a bit high. I have no discounts and have HD, UHD, multiroom and Cinema and mine is 87?
ah - are you paying Man City players' salaries? Surely not because Sports is in HD by default too?

Re: No hd channels
You can try calling and threaten to cancel. You have to be prepared to ho through with it, and to commit to another 2 years, to get a discount offer to stay.
Like all corporates, they only care about the money. Even more so when making a loss and seeking to return to profitability. It's not a charity.
