No hard drive

Have resetvhard drive and reset factory settings and still days no hard drive ? Plays channels but can't access recordings

Hi @Denise+Portlethen 

If your hard drive has failed unfortunately you will need a replacement Q box.

All recordings will be lost but any Buy and Keep from Sky Store can be downloaded to a replacement box.
