No connectivity

Since renewing my Internet broadband with sky. I was assured the service offered would be ideal for my household. But 3 to 4 times ea h week the sky TV service is dropping out and am trying constantly to reconnect my ski mini box. Once again its not working and I really dont fancy messing about at night.
