No apps or mini box after upgrade

Switched to sky signiture. All apps have disappeared, I can't download and it says I don't have my mini box anymore. 

After almost 2 hours on the phone to tech support last night issue still not resolved. 

Tried software update, turning on and off at mains, resetting apps, 001 menu everything I can think of. Sky calling me back this evening but not feeling hopeful. Pay an absolute fortune for all apps and TV package and can't do anything.
