Hi following previous advice from the Sky advisor I rang Sky and was on the phone for 40mins on the 20th December trying to sort out the issue (apparently it was due to a redundant account still linked to my Sky account).
I was informed it would take up to 8 days for the issue to be resolved.
Its now been months and I still can't access Paramount + or Discovery +
