Discussion topic: Sky engineer due and I haven't have my sky q box delivered yet

Have already had an engineer up to house but she has had to arrange another visit as she couldnt fix the dish she didn't come with a sky q box am worried it has not been delivered or does the engineer bring it can someone help me please 🥺

For a new Sky Q installation the engineer brings the box, cables, remotes and any mini boxes ordered. The viewing card is normally sent through the post in advance but if it doesn't arrive in time the engineer usually has a spare in the van.
