No TV feed after switching on
Occassionally, turning on the TV & Sky Q box, the TV feed is a black screen. I can go into the home page etc and the user interface shows, but selecting a channel just shows a black screen, both in the preview window and also after exiting the TV guide. If I turn off the Sky Q box and back on, it resolves the issue.
It seems like the box isn't receiving the TV feed rather than it being a TV issue (as it shows the user interface etc.).
This is a new installation/upgrade (about 3 weeks). Could this possibly be an issue with the Sky Q box?
