Disney + error wont load up on tv
Having problem. Please exit app and try again.
Error code 1026 on Disney + won't load up why

This error often happens, when your ip address is not connecting correctly with Disney servers.
First, try rebooting your broadband router and then your Sky Q box to see if that helps.
If still happening, contacting Disney + often removes the issue;
