No TNT sports access on devices

Why can't I access my tnt sports subscription on discovery + when logging on on my devices? 
I have the sports channels on sky Box but want to watch on my phone and when I log into discovery plus it says  tnt sports  not available to me ? I pay £28 per month for TNT sports, but I don't want to only be able to access it on my tv !
