Nope, you're talking to other customers and not Sky.
Check the aerial cable connection and check saved channels.
That message sounds it's your TV (Clue as Sky boxes do not have aerial connections) and not Sky box. Change the AV input on your TV... (Try hitting the Sky button or use your TV remote to change it)
