No Sky Q
TV goes off after a few minutes, keeps telling me 'There has been a problem finding your Sky Q box on the network' I keep resetting but goes off after a few minutes, this has been happening last 24 hours

@Blaze1962 Are you using Sky Q plugged into your TV's HDMI? It sounds to me like your trying to scan a wifi network to find Sky Q? If so thats not how it works.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
