I've switched on my TV and Sky box and cannot access anything on Sky. Once I switch everything on I see a black screen with the message: SKY You will be ready to go in a couple of minutes.
this stays on the screen and then a message pops up saying:
HDMI 2
No Signal
(1) Check the cable connections and the settings of your device.
(2) Press Source on your remote control to select the connected source device

Hi @Plucky7
What colour is the Q box led (on the right of the Q box when you get a black screen?
If it is still Amber try pressing the Standby button (the Amber led) on the front of the Q box.
If this turns the Q box on
With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.
If the Q box led is green
First make sure that the TV is switched on and is switched to the HDMI input to which the Q box is connected.
Then with the Q box switched on with green led illuminated
Press
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the Q box remote control.
This will change the Q box to standard resolution which will work for all TV’s.
