There is no signal on some channels, main ones being TNT Sports 2 3 etc. Also random intereferenceon some channels during light rain and wind. I know during heavy rain etc there can be issues, but not in light rain. Dish is probably 20 years old

@Sheen1979 the cause is most likely either a slight dish misalignment or a failing LNB on the dish arm.
If you follow through Sky's help here, and it doesn't fix the problem, you'll be able to book an engineer: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q-do-you-live-in-a-flat

Re: No Satellite Signal on some Channels
@Sheen1979
Check that the connections from the Sky dish going into the back of your Sky Q box are still finger tight.
If you are connected to a communal dish you need to liaise directly with your building management company or landlord who will have their approved engineers to contact direct.
Additionally:
🔹 a misalignment is not necessarily something that will be visible to the naked eye and could only affect one or two channels (amongst the first to be affected may be TNT or GB News),
🔹 a Sky Q box requires a periodic 'Keep alive' signal that is delivered via the satellite so if that isn’t received the box will close down until the satellite signal is restored.
