No Satelite signal on mini boxes

I am having issues with my two mini boxes.

they are connected to the SkyQ box via BT mini discs.

Settings say they are connected to the SkyQ box and to the network.

Here is what I've tried so far

1. Full restart on the mini box

2. Full restart on the SkyQ box followed by a full restart on the mini box

3. reactivating the connection to SkyQ box

4. resetting the network connection

5. updating the software on the SkyQ box

As I am getting the same issue on both mini boxes, it seems this must be an issue with the SkyQ box.

Can anyone help?

Re: No Satelite signal on mini boxes

Its the main SKY Q Box hard disk starting to fail. A reset of the Hard Disk fixed it for me (maybe only temporary until the HD fails catastrophically) .

How to reset Hard Disk is below.
