No SKY TV? Eastbourne

We have not had TV since early morning 27th June 2023, we live in Willingdon,  Eastbourne., East Sussex area.

Is anyone else being affected?

A general outage would be nationwide (and then this forum would explode ; )

 

Failure in any particular location is almost always a dish issue.

@Amanda+Eastbourne  Satellite TV is a nationwide signal, the lack of posts on the forum suggests it's an issue with your dish or perhaps severe weather.  What message do you see on screen?

 

Do you use your own dish or a communal dish?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
