No QVC Channel 12/04/24

Can't access any QVC channels this morning yet everthing else is fine.

Me too, can't view any QVC channels on my TV but all other channels are fine. Yet can access all QVC channels on my iPhone. Very strange!

Have the same issue but it works from their app and web pages so would be good to find out why.

All qvc channels black screen but still on guide

Try asking viewer relations by emailing viewerR@sky.uk .

I phoned Sky they wanted me to change the settings on my sky q box. I told them I am not the only one

@Wolfmomma which Sky TV service do you have? I've just checked on my Sky Stream puck and the QVC channels are broadcasting fine.

It has just been updated on that thread that someone has contacted QVC and they are aware of a problem.
