Blank screen when turning on sky Q

Hi, 

can anyone offer any advice, helpline is closed but we are getting a blank

s reen when turning on sky. Have tried turning it off and on, but not working.

Hi @Kapi 

First make sure that the TV is switched on and is switched to the HDMI input to which the Q box is connected.
Then with the Q box switched on with green led illuminated
Press
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the Q box remote control.

This will change the Q box to standard resolution which will work for all TV’s.
