If this is through Sky @Davyboy1 

and you cancel your direct debit you will be completely cut off by Sky and your credit rating may be affected.

They will then not accept any communication until payment is restored.

Exactly what is your issue with Netflix?

Netflix is profile locked and has jika profile can't change profile as no password and can't reset as not recognised

Looks like your Netflix Account may have been hacked @Davyboy1 

Best to contact Netflix and not Sky
