No Internet on skyq box

The Internet went down in my area just come back on.  It works on my phone PlayStation etc but not on my skyq box

Hi @Aaron1508 

Try a Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router.
If you are on Sky broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.
if you are on 3rd party (non Sky ) broadband then you need to enter the SSID and password for the router 2.4 Ghz WiFi band.

Looks like you may have pressed the reset button on the router @Aaron1508  and not the WPS button.  See location of WPS button on Sky router

Got downstairs working fine but cat get upstairs box on ill call sky tomorrow  thankyou for your help

if so youll need to reconnect it to the sky Q main box

Ye but Internet  connection  terrible  lost it on my phone now  but still works on box downstairs very odd

I pressed WPS button on router - still flashing orange and no internet connection on TV.  All wired connections
