No IP addresses being issued by router

I have 3 mini boxes, 2 of which work but the 3rd one cannot seem to get an ip address from my router. I had an engineer a few weeks back who changed the sky Q box so not sure if related. I have followed instructions on screen numerous times but that doesn't resolve the issue
