I am trying to register for Paramount +. This will not progress stating the my E-Mail is registered.

I have not registered my E-Mail address. It is of course registered with Sky but not in a new app application process. How do I remove the blocking action?

What didn't work as all who subscribe to Paramount plus (and have Sky Cinema) have to follow this procedure.

Hi Thanks for coming back.

 

All options call for registration. The form has three sections i.e Name; E-Mail and password. After inserting the P/W and clixking  a red msg comes up to say"E-Mail address already registered". This freezes any further progress. How do I clear this block?
