No EFL menu choice on Red button Sky Sports+

Thanks again @stereohaven you have been a great help. I have found some "red button" upcoming football matches on the Now TV app which is what I was trying to achieve. As has been said BT/EE just hand over the package (and certainly charge for it) with no explanation at all, apart from "Oh Yes you'll get the red button". I wasn't even aware there was a Now TV app until you pointed it out

I had this same issue. I could find the matches on the Sky Sports app but you cannot screen share from there to the TV. On the TV there was no red button option or other way to choose the Championship match I wanted. There is a problem here.

Which method were you trying? Both should work.

Press the Red Button on Ch 412 to load the Sky Sports App 

or Go to the Apps section on your Sky Q Box and launch the App from there.

I tried both on my TV and neither worked.

Via the app on my iphone it was easy but its a rather small screen and you cannot screen mirror on to TV.

Is that on Sky Q or some other platform?
