Newly installed sky Q sound no longer woking!

Newly installed sound has stopped have changed the settings to normal per instructions got it back earlier now nothing!

Please may I suggest you try a power down restart (i.e. unplug or swiitch of at mains) of your TV - Some people have found this sometimes help with loss of sound
