How am I reimbursed for the additional cost of 2T Sky Q box as the equipment has now been returned

Hi, I paid approximately £100 to upgrade my Sky Q box to a 2T box when I first took out the contract. I'm returning all my sky equipment as I've changed to Sky Glass.  Can I claim back my extra charge and how do I go about it?

This was never explained at the time nor did I see it written down anywhere

Checking my own contract from 2019, it states

  • If you upgrade your Sky Q box to a Sky Q 2TB box, a one-off charge may apply to enable the PVR functionality on your new Sky Q box for 12 months beginning when the PVR functionality is enabled on your new Sky Q box unless we agree a subsequent one-off charge for 12 months beginning on a later date. After 12 months the PVR functionality will continue to be enabled and no further charge will apply automatically

Your contract may be different., this is just what mine said.

The same contract would apply: all Q television hardware is loaned and any up-front payments are fees, not returnable deposits.
