have 3 mini boxes, 2 working fine third will not connect & won't go through the restart process
3 Mini boxes all were working but experienced a lot of pixelation on screen and jumping, missing bits of the programme, then one stopped working. Tried to re boot, main Q box, router, reset, two of the mini boxes are working but the 3rd is not. Will not complete the reset either get stuck on stage 2 when it asks you to press the button when it flashes- I do and then nothing no change on the screen and the refresh button keeps flashing red.
Other tvs experiencing jumping and pixelation still. One mini box is connected by ethernet and jumps. other 2 on wireless. With BT for internet supposedly Super fast broadband.......
Have 5 BT boosters in the house already!!! Sky ones didn't do the job before

hi @LCM3
A couple of points.
Firstly minis will not connect reliably to 3rd party WiFi Boosters. You need specific Q WiFi Boosters which connect by WPS to the main Q box. You can connect the Q booster to third party routers by a short Ethernet cable. You can then use the Q booster for WPS when you connect your Q box.. Normally when using WiFi from 3rd party routers you need to use the SSID and password for the 2.4 Ghz band. However if you connecting by WiFi to a Q booster that is Ethernet connected to a 3rd party router you use WPS between the main Q box and the booster.
Secondly, if you are carrying out a Network reset on a Mini it does not tell you to press the flashing light. What it does tell you is to press the WPS button on the Q device you are connecting to. (That's the main Q box, another connected mini or a Q WiFi booster).
