New version

I have a new version to do on my sky Q box but I can't see to connect to the internet. My box won't store my Wi-Fi settings so I have to enter every time but this upgrade message is on the screen covering the settings page.

This sounds more like an update of your TV's own firmware - try using the TV's own remote

@Pepsiduff could that be a message from your TV that needs to be removed by using the TV remote 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Even a 'linked' Sky remote cannot dismiss or apply a television software update: that has to be done using the televisions own handset.
