New to Sky apps not working

I had Sky Q installed on Monday I cannot get any apps to work. AppleTv and Amazon Prime open and start to play but 4 seconds in an error message appears and it stops  Netflix just says app is currently unavailable. My sky subscription includes Netflix but I can't acess it. I have gone through all the online help. I am connected to the internet, software is up to date, I have refreshed apps and nothing works. I am seriously regretting changing to sky. Can anyone help please?
