Sky Q box and mini box reboot

I am having to reboot my main sky Q box and mini boxes every day to get them to respond. Everything has been great for 18 months but now I'm having this issue and its very annoying.

I've updated the software and set the eco mode to none but still have this issue.

Can anyone help as getting through to someone at sky is near impossible.
