New sqy q box required
I have an engineer visit booked for 21st March to poss replace faulty sky q box. Box now not functioning beyond live tv only. QR code link allows a new box order to arrive in 3 days, but won't let me order it because of the engineer visit already booked. Can sky resolve this and post me new box ASAP?

@KHR Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.
You can contact Sky by phone by dialling 150 if Sky is your phone provider or by following the link below

An 11 month wait seems a bit harsh. Best to call Sky and complain!
