You can leave the Terrestrial Aerial in.
This will still you terrestrial Freeview channels if ever you need them . This will have no effect on the Q box which will be on a HDMI input

@Cam+grinder you can plug in the coax to the new telly and set up all your Freeview channels THEN set up the Sky Q mini via the HDMI cable.
Then you will have your Freeview channels as a backup in case you had issues with your mini in the future.
