Had Sky+ for 2 years - no issues.
Renewed contract and as part of the new contract we were provided with a new router. Installed last night. Managed to get the majority of items connected via WiFi except Sky TV. Cannot access any apps such as Netflix and a message appears on the screen to say no WiFi connectivity. Any ideas?

Thanks for your help both of you. In the end we had to go through the TV and set up to connect to another companies broadband (even though it is sky). Our sky box was too old to recognise the new router. Thank you.

@MKMT you have stated you have has Sky+ for 2 years but have also stated you have no apps the old Sky+ boxes cannot handle apps so do you mean you have Sky Q
if so the advice @samuel898 has given will not work
To connect your Q box with your router you need to press the WPS button on the router and the Sky Q box
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
Sky Q 2 TB (Silver)Box, 2 Mini boxes since June 2016, all connected by wifi
Sky Broadband Hub/SR203, Sky Ultrafast broadband
Ultimate on Demand, Q Experience/UHD, Sky Sports, Sky Cinema
LG 49SJ 810 V UHD TV, Google Pixel 7 Pro mobile
