Q mini box will not show BBC etc will show sky channels

I have a QBox and 2 mini boxes

The mini box will not link to non sky channels eg BBC 

any ideas ?

asks to check my subscription to view this channel ?

account is in order and the other mini is accessing ok ??

Try a reboot of your router then reboot the main Sky Q box, then once that’s back up and running do the same with both mini boxes if necessary-
~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button

tried the reboots - the issue remains

to confirm - I have Q prime & 2 mini boxes 

1 mini box works perfect 

the other only pulls through sky channels not the terrestrial channels bbc /  itv / Channels 4 & 5 etc. 

message on 101 is programmes not accessible- check subscription- called Sky - all good - they referred me to tech / here !!

I'm struggling as I assumed the minis take a feed direct from the mother box - so why would it not feed everything & the other mini is fine !!
