A new remote would be required, not just the keypad.

After checking the basics, ie; fresh batteries, re-pairing etc if your Sky Q remote is definitely broken or faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some more troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (I’m not sure if this is available to customers in the Republic of Ireland).

It may be quicker to purchase a new remote from a retailer / larger supermarket. If you do that as well as the above you’ll have a spare.

In the meantime if you have an android or Apple device with Sky Go you can possibly set up a virtual remote to control your Sky Q box. See this link which may help

You can only have the whole remote replaced - it's not possible to just get the keypad replaced.

Fill in the form here:

Re: New keypad for remote

I need a new Remote. I painstakingy found somewhere on Sky and they said they would send me a new one within three to five working days. Some time later I received a Text from Sky saying "Unfortunately we have not been able to process your request. If you still require a replacement please call [Removed]". I rang this number got some sort of virtual assistant who could not help and got referred back to the Sky site.

Can anyone help.

use the virtual remote from within the Sky Go app or purchase one from Argos/Amazon etc.
