New hub
I have had a new hub fitted today for WiFi by sky. The internet is not connecting to sky and I have no mini boxes working. I have switched to new WiFi but when I put the password in it says wrong password. I know it's the right password as it's connected to WiFi on phone I iPad with the same password

If you are seeing an error about entering the wrong Wifi password then make sure you are not getting a 1 and l or a 0 and O muddled as it is quite easy to do this. It must also be entered as shown on the hub itself so use upper case letting if required.
Other than that have you tried the WPS option:
Go to Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router.
On Sky broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.
You have 2 minutes after carrying out the Network to press WPS button on the router.
