On SKY Q it is not that often included for free but may be (it is often bundled) & on SKY Q it is usually a separate item on billing listed as SKY Ultimate - the base package being SKY SIgnature
Look at your bills - if ultimate is listed it should show how much you are currently paying
Note Ultimate is the base Netflix subscription and there are separate add ons - Boost to Standard & Boost To ultimate
