New customer - engineer visit

Hi all 

 

should I be sent my box before the engineer comes or do they bring it with them?

@Nikihutch  If it's for Sky Q TV service the engineer brings the box.

 

If it's for broadband you'll have an activation date (which is normally working 10 days away from the order date) the hub is sent by post.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
