New contract agreed but subscriptions not working
Hi all,
The win back team gave me a great deal to come back to Sky which I accepted yesterday. The deal included Sky Q, HD, UHD, and Cinema.
it's now 24 hours later and cinema is still saying no subscription. I can't download HD content.
My future bills are correct and show cinema, hd and uhd as expected. My online accounts shows active services for them.
I have tried resetting the box, restarting the box, refreshing the card etc and nothing works.
weirdly in my sky online account it has an offer for me to upgrade to sky cinema? But when I click on it I get told I'm already subscribed.
Any other ideas I can try or do Sky need to do something their end?
