Your Sy Q Mini doesn't connect to your router, it actually connects to a WiFi network generated by the main Sky Q box.

If you have changed broadband provider you will need to reset the network connection on the mini box, but you are actually connecting it again to the main Q box.

Work through the steps here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-q-permanent-connectivity-problems-restart-mini-box

Make sure you use WPS to connect to WiFi when it asks as you need to press the button on your main Sky Q box, not your router.
