New box problem

New sky q box not working. Blue Q light flashing and red light on.

I have been lucky and spoke to an engineer, its a Duff box.

@Rob842If it has been sitting like that for a while and you cant get it to turn on or get any channels then try turning it off at the mains and then let it reboot.
