New Sky box

Just wanted to say that the response by using the chat bot was excellent this morning.

 

For a few days I have had to reset the hard drive every time i want to use pause and rewind - a fault with the box

 

After a few questions a new box is on its way for me to install

 

Much better than waiitng in fior an engineer to come and do it

Don't forget to remove the viewing card from the faulty box before it disappears into the back of the couriers van.
