New Sky Router Installed - 3rd Sky Q box does not connect just red light.
New Sky Router Installed, replaced by Sky as old one wasn't working. New router set up Fine, main sky q box set up Fine, I have 2 x other Sky Q boxes (multi room) one works fine, the other one I get not set up menu just hard red light on sky q box. Tried to speak to Sky but got this help instead, help please. Thank you.

Forgot to say I have already pressed the reset button on back ok SKY Q box, still nothing, no menu, set up instructions nothing just a red light on SKY Q box.
