New Sky Q box - flickering image

I have just setup a replacement Sky Q Box and have a problem with a flickering screen. I have tried putting the HDMI lead into different ports, updated software but with no success. Engineered booked for Friday but any thoughts as to what other steps I could try would be really welcome

Have your tried diffrent hdmi leads they do get damaged very easily. Poor design IMHO

Thank you - I used the old cable and then tried the new cable that came with the new box but still flickers I am afraid
