@SL2026 Sky Q will depend on engineer availability, Sky Broadband minimum of 10 working days from placing your order, Sky Stream is delivered next day and is plug & play.

You can't guarantee marrying up the end and start date, just use the one touch switch (OTS) system, your broadband will switch on the chosen day, ending one and starting Sky BB.
You didn't say which Sky TV service you're using, for Q you'd need to phone up and then (as above) it's subject to a Sky engineer coming out to fit it, Stream gets sent out and is just plug and play, so it'll work with any BB supplier.
