Ensure you call Sky to cancel it 31 days before the expiry date. ie by 19th June

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Catcur
You needed to contact Sky giving 31 days notice so unfortunately you will be paying for another month. You may be able to remove it via this link which includes a message option (usually available between 9am & 7.30pm) or by calling using the number that should appear.

@PandJ2020 You had me very confused for a moment there 😉

@Catcur Be aware that if they don't do a deal with you and you do cancel HD then almost all of your recordings from Sky branded channels at least won't be accessible until you re-sub to HD. You'll also need to change the download preference from HD to SD in the Q box settings.

If you actually meant UHD then this would apply to UHD recordings instead.
