New Contract
Why can't old customers get the deal that are being offered to new customers. Their is no advantage of being loyal to SKY for years. I am considering leaving SKY after 11 years

Because that's Sky's policy

Re: New Contract
Better discounts are offered to new customers as an incentive for them to join.
If you choose to jump ship and go with another provider then in 18/24 months you'll be in the same position with that provider and if you want you'll be able to return to Sky as a new customer and gain the benefits at that time.

Because keeping old customers is easier (and therefore less likely to require economic incentives) than acquiring new ones.
There is indeed no advantage to loyalty to any company, other than if you have a reason to value their services highly enough for the price they ask.
